1. How does the purchasing process work?
Orders can be made through our webstore. Once the order is placed, Emotional Baggage Claim will process the request and ship directly to the customer, free of charge! We accept Paypal and all major credit cards.
2. How long will it take to receive my order?
Our company works with a variety of vendors from all over the USA, so order processing will vary. Please allow two full-weeks for delivery. Tracking Numbers will be provided once the order is shipped.
3. Do you ship internationally?
While we will certainly try to accommodate any request sent our way, including shipping apparel outside of the USA, tUnfortunately, the FREE SHIPPING clause will not apply to international orders due to the costs involved. However, we can definitely work something out. For a quote, contact us prior to placing the order.
4. How do you "claim" Emotional-Baggage?
Its simple, actually... claim the emotional trauma, own the baggage, and then wear it proudly!
5. What is your return policy?
If you receive an item and its not to your liking, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. You would then ship it back to us through USPS (with a tracking number). Once the item has been received by Emotional Baggage Claim, we will provide a 100% refund of the purchase price within 48 hours of receipt of the returned-item. Please note: all return-shipping costs incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.
6. Do you take special orders or create commissioned apparel inspired by the memes on the official Emotional Baggage Claim social-media pages?
We do! If you have a favorite meme and would like to see it printed on a canvas tote bag,T-Shirt, Leggings, or Sticker, send us the image-file and we will get it printed and shipped out to you. Hit us up!
7. Do you honor Discount Codes?
Of course we do! If you happen to find hidden discount codes in our memes which are posted, feel free to use them when checking out. You can definitely save some cash when using one!
